## Details

**Scheduled maintenance.** We are carrying out planned maintenance on our internal network.

Running game servers are not affected and players can connect normally throughout.

During the window you may see US servers reported as unavailable in the control panel, and management actions such as start, stop, file access and SFTP may be slow or fail temporarily. Outgoing email, including password resets and invoices, may also be delayed.

We will confirm here as soon as the work is complete.
