We have identified the cause of the outage affecting EU Node-001 and are working on a resolution. Servers hosted on this node will remain offline until the work is complete, which we currently expect to take a few days. We have no indication of any data loss, and your server files will be available again once the node is back online. Servers on our US nodes are not affected. We will post updates here as work progresses.
